A unicorn today, made famous in the 60s by Dexter Gordon, for its signature huge, bold and powerful tone. This is a replica of the rarer 1949 model which features a higher crescent- shaped baffle with a big round chamber and scooped sidewalls.

Put it on a Conn, and you can blow the snow off of mountains. Huge sound with plenty of power while maintaining a thick dark core.

For these, we do not recommend exceeding the tip opening of a 7 (0.100"), and for a 6* we offer Dexter's special facing curve.
